How To Keep Commitments To Yourself. You are at choice and you can choose yourself. I have found the following to be effective components of a process for consistently delivering on your commitments:

Keeping commitments to yourself is the bridge between where you’re and where you want to go. These commitments could include meeting for lunch, making a phone, giving a referral or picking up something at the grocery store. I had the why but had forgotten about the how.
Worry Is Driven By Mood, Not Logic.
The language of “self” and “us” are by intention. Have you ever thought about why it’s hard to follow through with what you say you going to do? We all speak all four languages.
Of Course, It Is Not Always Easy, And Sometimes I Just Feel Like I Want To Lay On My Bed, But The Desire To Kickstart The Day, To Stick To My Commitments, To Have More Time To Evolve Helps Me A Lot!
Don’t treat it as a ‘maybe’ or ‘gray area’, commit and take action. Make commitments that are in alignment with your purpose, vision, and values. You are at choice and you can choose yourself.
Ask Yourself If You Really Want To.
Commit to meditating for 5 minutes every day and then work your way up. Only make commitments that you can deliver on. If you’re anything like me, keeping commitments to yourself isn’t easy.
I Am Worthy Of Making Time For Myself.
Prepare yourself for what needs to be done. Or maybe you find it easier to keep commitments with other people but not with yourself. Realize that, in order to take good care of others and to be there for friends and family, you need to keep your commitments to yourself first.
